Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information JIJ Options (“we”, “us”, or “I”) collects, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password (or, if you use Google sign-in, your Google account email and profile ID). We do not store your Google password.

Trade data: The options trade records you log in the app — including tickers, strikes, expiry dates, premium amounts, and P&L — are stored in your account and are private to you.

Subscription data: We store a reference to your Stripe customer ID and your current subscription status. We do not store your card number or billing details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.

Usage data: We may collect basic server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for security and debugging. We do not run third-party analytics trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To display your trade data back to you within the app.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send you transactional emails (e.g. account confirmations, billing receipts) via Supabase Auth.
• To respond to your support requests sent to wenshun9@gmail.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate JIJ Options:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your data is stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL servers. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe stores and processes your payment method. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — web hosting. Your requests pass through Vercel's infrastructure. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and trade data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days. To request deletion, email us at wenshun9@gmail.com.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security in the database, and hashed passwords. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

6. Cookies

The Service uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your trade data (contact us and we will provide a CSV export).

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
